Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARCIA WEISS Marcia Weiss (nee Katz) - died November 25, 2006 at her home in California. Marcia was born in Saskatchewan on August 31, 1916. She spent her childhood there and in Winnipeg, the sixth of seven children. She married Joe Weiss and together they raised their daughter, Mindy. They spent most of their married life in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Marcia is survived by her daughter, Mindy Lasman and grandson, Jeremy Lasman, both of Rancho Palos Verdes, California; sister, Irma Nepon (Winnipeg) and sisters-in-law, Syma Katz (Chicago) and Freda Katz (Naples). She was predeceased by her husband, Joe, her parents, Ben and Malli Katz and her brothers, Raymond, Irving, Sidney, Lionel and Elvin.
